Effective July 21, 2026
CodeToCrowd analyzes the app or website you submit and gives you marketing advice through Aria, an AI advisor. For eligible products, it can also draft and send outreach emails — only after you approve each send. It's operated by Dvir Babila, sole proprietor, Israel.
Aria's diagnosis and plans are automated analysis — opinionated, but not professional marketing, legal, or financial advice, and no promise of growth, traffic, or revenue. You decide what to act on, and you're responsible for the results.
You may only submit URLs you're allowed to share, for products you own or represent. To produce the diagnosis we fetch and process the public pages behind that URL. Don't submit anything unlawful or someone else's confidential material.
Where outreach execution is available, Aria finds prospects and drafts emails; nothing is sent without your approval. Approved emails are sent on your behalf — you're responsible for their content and for complying with applicable email and marketing laws (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your markets.
The service is currently free. If paid plans are introduced, existing use won't be silently converted — pricing will be stated before you owe anything.
If you join the waitlist we store your email (and name, if given) to send you one note when your segment goes live. No newsletters, no sharing with third parties for their marketing. Unsubscribe by replying or via hello@codetocrowd.com.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dvir Babila's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Questions: hello@codetocrowd.com.
